It was a beautiful, crisp, fall day in New Jersey as I accompanied my mother and my aunt through the cemetery to visit family. As we went from Dad’s gravesite to my Aunt’s family mausoleum she looked at it and noticed a black discoloration on top and asked, “How do I go about getting that cleaned? It looks terrible.” “That’s a good question”, I thought and thus started the journey into the grave care business. As I did more research, I came across other businesses that provide similar services but none that I saw locally. From that came the idea for Petro’s Grave Care.
